President, Public Claim Adjuster
LIC# W590898
I’m new to the public adjusting world, but I’m being trained hands-on by a highly experienced team and learning the industry the right way — with integrity, precision, and care. I serve as the office manager and public adjuster apprentice, where I support both our clients and our operations to keep every claim running smoothly.
I bring strong customer service skills, problem-solving ability, and a calm, empathetic presence to every interaction. I believe the claims process doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or impersonal — and I take pride in being someone clients can feel comfortable talking to and trusting. I add an extra layer of care, attention to detail, and genuine support to our team’s work.
I’m currently completing my training and will be licensed in the state of Florida in February — ready to continue growing, learning, and advocating for our clients every step of the way.

From common questions, to what to expect working with us, or through the claims process.
We are Licensed Claims Adjusters and appointed by the State of Florida to represent you through the claims process and help relieve your stress. It is against the law for a contractor to help you with your claim and many come into the area after a storm and try to do so. We build a comprehensive claim package and then tell the insurance company what they should be paying you while helping you navigate the claims process. Your contractor can then focus on what they are licensed to do which is perform repairs. (see warning issued by Jimmy Patronis from FL Dept of Financial Services)
Business Interruption/Loss of revenue, Property damage to both commercial and residential property, Condo Associations, contents claims, mold, loss of use, marine, etc.
Yes, but it stands to reason that handling your own claim is like going to court without
an attorney. You could do it, but without the knowledge of the rules and procedures, you might be at a sizable disadvantage. More specifically, a public insurance adjuster will assist you in the preparation of inventories, estimates and other factual proofs of loss. He or she will handle all the necessary details for compiling and filing claims, as required by the terms of your insurance policies. They will also confer, on your behalf, with insurance company representatives and handle all matters essential to a proper resolution.
According to a study by The Office Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA), policyholders with public adjuster representation lead to higher average payments, sometimes considerably higher. The study offers an example of the average compensation for 2005 hurricane claims in FL. They were 747% higher when a public adjuster was involved.
Call us immediately after any damages or losses or even for a free inspection to ensure you have no damage. It is best if we are involved with the entire claims process from the beginning to ensure the best possible outcome for you and to help avoid any potential pitfalls.
